A note from the 2022 Captain of Rugby:

G’day OSCA community, My name is Lachie Finster and I am honoured to be Captain of the Scotch College First XV Rugby team for 2022. 

 This year is a very special year for all ages within the Scotch Rugby community, as we will be celebrating the 90th anniversary of the first rugby match between Scotch and Melbourne Grammar on Saturday 28th of May. Melbourne Grammar will be coming to play on the Scotch main oval, which has not occurred in almost 10 years. 

Matches will start at 8:00am with under 13s and finishing off the day with the First XV running out at 1:00pm for kick off. 

 We would love to see great support from the Old Scotch community, to get behind Scotch Rugby on this day and to show support for the younger boys who are just starting their rugby journey right up to the senior lads running out representing the school at the highest schoolboy level. 

 We would love to see as many of you attend on this day and hopefully we can pull off a win as well.
