2024 Don Macmillan Head of the River Cocktail Party

6:30pm (sharp) – Row Past on the Yarra by the 2024 1st and 2nd VIIIs.

7.00pm – 10.00pm – Cocktail Party, Decade Crews commemoration, Scotch Memorabilia viewing.

A toast to the 2024 Scotch 1st VIII Crew will be proposed by
James Simpson, 2023 Captain of Boats.

The Guest Speaker is Tom Macky who graduated Scotch College in 2017 and was a member of the Henley Royal Regatta winning crew that year.

The event will be a celebration of Scotch rowing, past and present and will include commemoration of the decade crews from 1954 to 2014. The night is in honour of one of the greats of Scotch and Australian rowing, Don Macmillan and is held each year in the leadup to the APS Head of the River.
