Ed Viska (’04) is a Research and Development engineer who is developing zero carbon combustion systems at Fortescue Future Industries (FFI) based in Perth WA. He spent the last decade working in Europe in high-level motorsport, including 7 years working at McLaren Racing. His work at McLaren included development of aerodynamic sensing systems and trackside was responsible for the aerodynamic performance of the Formula 1 car. His return to Australia has given him more time to focus on family and to have a positive impact on local engineering and environmental issues.
