Old Scotch Collegians’ Lodge, No. 396 is one of approximately 400 Masonic Lodges across Victoria, and is a Lodge made up entirely of old Scotch Boys.
As a fraternal and community-based club, we not only contribute to our wider community, but in addition also experience a principled way of life that an estimated 5 million Freemasons worldwide value as well as enjoy the social company of our fellow Old Scotch Collegians and Freemasons throughout the world.
The Old Scotch Lodge meets on the first Wednesday of every month (except January) at 7.30pm at the Inner Eastern Masonic Centre, 1013 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill. In addition, we have these notable special functions each year:
Each year we have an Old Boys’ Night where we have a special celebration of our Old Scotch connection, and invite other Freemasons who are Old Boys as well as visitors and guests to experience the social aspect of our Lodge. This year this our Old Boys’ Night will be held on Wednesday, 2nd September.
Each year, we combine with other affiliated Schools Lodges for a Combined Night of Camaraderie.
November is our annual Installation of the Master and investiture of officers.
Membership of the Old Scotch Collegians’ Lodge is open to all Old Boys and present and former members of staff who are eligible to join OSCA. Old Boys wishing to find out more about the Lodge are welcome to contact the secretary to find out more about the lodge and receive an invitation to our monthly dinner so as to learn more about what we do.
